1. Under this policy, you
are not covered against.
2. Normal wear, tear and
general aging of the vehicle.
3. Depreciation or any consequential
loss.
4. Mechanical/ electrical
breakdown.
5. Wear and tear of consumables
like tyres and tubes.
6. Vehicle being used otherwise
than in accordance with limitations as to use.
7. Damage to/ by a person
driving the vehicle without a valid license.
8. Damage to/ by a person
driving the vehicle under the influence of drugs or liquor.
9. Loss/ damage due to war,
mutiny or nuclear risk. |
